At Ace Skincare Ghana, your satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide high-quality skincare products, and if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 3–5 days of delivery

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

We will:

  • Replace the item at no extra cost, or

  • Offer a full refund where applicable


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or an agreed alternative


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need an exchange, please contact us.


Shipping for Returns

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
